Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! International Shipping is Available worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight. * Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. * Delivery times may be extended by customs processing.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number by email so you can follow it right to your door.

Can I update the address on my order?

* We ship to the address provided at checkout.

* If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update it.

* If the wrong address is given and the order is returned to us, we can reship for an additional shipping charge.

Custom Items

Custom items are created just for you so cannot be returned. If anything arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us for a replacement.

Non-Custom Items

Returnable within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error. * Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Can I change my order after it’s placed?

We start working on your order quickly, so changes aren’t always possible. If you need an adjustment, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to help.

Can I add items to my order after checkout?

Yes, if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us and we can create a quick add-on order so everything arrives together.

Cancellations

Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they haven’t entered production. * Once in production, we cannot cancel the order.

How do I upload my photo?

Products that require your photo have an upload box right on the product page. If you’re having trouble reach out to us via email or our contact us page and we will help!

Do you offer bundle discounts?

Yes! Visit the Bundles section under Shop by Product to see available party packs and discounts.

How do I hang my banner?

All banners come with 8 feet of white nylon twine to tape or tie just about anywhere. Pre-strung banners arrive ready to hang. DIY banners come with holes - just thread the twine through, and you’re set!

Do I have to assemble the toppers, picks, or straws?

Nope! All cupcake toppers, cocktail picks, swizzle sticks, and straws arrive fully assembled and ready to use.

How big are the party decorations?

Product Sizes: • Banner faces (with pointy hats): approx. 8.7–9” tall (wider photos and flatter hats may be shorter) • Cupcake toppers: 3.5” face on a 4” stick • Cocktail picks: 3” face on a 4” pointed pick • Straws: 2.5” face on a 8” straw • Swizzle sticks: 3” face on a 7.5” stick

Can I customize the color or wording on my banner?

Yes! Most banners allow for custom wording and color changes — we can even match your party palette. Just send us a message and we’ll help bring your idea to life.

Can you make party hats with my logo or a custom pattern?

Absolutely. We can create hats with your logo, branding, or any custom pattern. We'll work closely with you to make sure you're 100% happy before production.
