How do I hang my banner?

All banners come with 8 feet of white nylon twine to tape or tie just about anywhere.
โ€ข Pre-strung banners arrive ready to hang.
โ€ข DIY banners come with holes โ€” just thread the twine through, and youโ€™re set!

Do I have to assemble the toppers, picks, or straws?

Nope! All cupcake toppers, cocktail picks, swizzle sticks, and straws arrive fully assembled and ready to use.

How big are the party decorations?

Product Sizes:
โ€ข Banner faces (with pointy hats): approx. 8.7โ€“9โ€ tall (wider photos and flatter hats may be shorter)

Shipping Policy

When will my order ship? (Processing Time)

All orders are made to order and ship within 1โ€“3 business days.

How fast can I get my order? (Estimated Delivery Times)

  • United States: 5โ€“7 business days
  • Canada: 7-10 business days
  • International: 7โ€“20 business days (delivery times vary by destination and may be subject to customs delays)

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, youโ€™ll get a tracking number by email so you can follow it right to your door.

Do you offer International Shipping?

  • Yes! International shipping is available worldwide.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and weight.

Packaging & Carrier Info

US Orders ship from Sweet Grass, MT via USPS First Class or Priority Mail in a protective bubble mailer or box.
Canadian orders ship from Calgary, AB via Canada Post or available courier.

Incorrect Address

  • We ship to the address provided at checkout.
  • If the wrong address is given and the order is returned to us, we can reship for an additional shipping charge.
  • If your order hasnโ€™t shipped yet, we can update it!

Return & Refund Policy

Custom Items

Custom items are created just for you so cannot be returned. If anything arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us for a replacement.

Non-Custom Items

  • Returnable within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3โ€“5 business days after we receive the returned item.
