How do I send the photo for my custom item?
There is an upload box on the product page where you can upload your photo. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues uploading.
How long does it take to get my custom item?
Processing time for custom items (the time for us to design and make) is generally about 1 week. You will receive your item approximately 2 weeks from date of order with standard shipping and processing. There are processing and shipping upgrades available, but due to the time it takes to design, produce and ship custom or personalized items, we cannot accept orders on custom items needed in less than a week.
